Warranty Information

All Emporia products sold by Voltra Home include Emporia’s manufacturer warranty. Voltra Home will handle the warranty process on your behalf so you only ever deal with us.

Vue Energy Monitors and Smart Plugs: 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Smart Home EV Chargers: 3-year warranty from the date of delivery (only valid for chargers installed in North America according to Emporia’s installation instructions).

If a covered product fails within the warranty period, Emporia (through Voltra Home) will either:

1) Repair or replace the defective hardware or components, or

2) Accept the return and refund the purchase price.

Please note: The warranty does not cover water damage, misuse, or installations not following Emporia’s instructions. Labor or additional costs (e.g. diagnosis, removal, reinstallation) are not included. Customers are responsible for transportation costs when returning defective products.

Installation and workmanship performed by Voltra Home are covered under our own Installation & Workmanship Policy.
