Refund and Return Policy
At Voltra Home, we stand behind every product we sell. Because we are an authorized reseller of Emporia products, all refunds and returns follow Emporia’s official policies. The difference is that you don’t need to deal with Emporia directly — Voltra Home will facilitate the entire process for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@voltrahome.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund requests made within 60 days of purchase will be honored in full.
For returns within 60 days, Emporia covers shipping costs (via USPS or FedEx). After 60 days, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the product has been returned, back to the original payment method. Installation deposits and service-related fees are covered separately under Voltra Home’s terms as follows:
Installation & Workmanship Policy: Installation and labor fees are non-refundable once services have been completed. However, all installation and workmanship performed by Voltra Home is guaranteed. If an issue arises as a result of our installation, we will return to resolve it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by improper use, modifications, or work performed by others after installation. Please note that the installation deposit is non-refundable.
