We sell and install EV chargers and related equipment (including the Emporia line of products). Our services may include:
  • Product sales (hardware).
  • Licensed electrical consultation and installation.
  • Customer support and follow-up.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate information when booking consultations or purchasing products.
  • Be the homeowner or have written permission from the property owner to install equipment.
3. Quotes & Payments
  • Quotes are provided after a consultation with our licensed electrician.
  • An installation deposit is required to schedule work. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice if you move forward with installation.
  • Payment for products and services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
4. Installations
  • Installations are completed by licensed electricians.
  • Our warranty and safety guarantee only apply if the installation is completed by our approved electricians.
  • The final cost of installation may vary based on factors such as electrical panel condition, distance to the panel, or unforeseen site conditions.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
  • Provide accurate information about your property and electrical system.
  • Ensure safe access to the installation site (e.g., clear of pets, vehicles, and hazards).
  • Maintain your equipment after installation in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
6. Warranty
  • Product warranties are provided by Emporia (see manufacturer’s warranty details).
  • Installation workmanship is warranted for 1 year.
  • Warranties are void if equipment is tampered with, misused, or installed by anyone other than our licensed electricians.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
  • Damages caused by misuse, improper installation not performed by our electricians, or modifications to the equipment.
  • Power outages, grid issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs before the consultation/installation appointment.
  • Product returns are subject to Emporia’s return policy.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy].
